Rates, condition of hire and payment
Rate
We charge per hour or by fixed price. All hiring continuing past midnight or starting before 6.00 am will carry an extra charge of 20%. When journeys are longer than estimated distance or time, the excess will be charged at Standard Rate. VAT, 6% not included.
Condition of hire
The company chauffeur will drive at reasonable speeds according to his judgement of the road and traffic. Entrance, parking, bridge or any other fees are extra to our charges. All hires begin and finish at Malmoe City. Prices are subject to alteration without notice. Cancellation within 12 hours full charge.
Payment
A purchase agreement has been reached when Malmo Hyrverk confirm your order by confirmation sent to your specified email address. All rates are exclusive of VAT. VAT rate 6%
Payment against invoice
We apply the payment terms 10 days from the invoice date.
Late payment fee by the amount allowed by law presently 50 SEK and interest at 24% + applicable reference rate.
Payment by credit card
We accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. Our partner for these transactions is DIBS, a company that guarantees a fast and secure payment.
The payment occurs over a secure connection. All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are encrypted. We use the latest security technology for credit card payments online – 3D Secure – a standard developed by Visa and MasterCard with the intention to securely validate the consumer when buying online.
What is the security code (CVV2 / CVC2 / CSC)
To increase security, you are prompted as a customer to enter the final three (American Express 4 digits) numbers printed on the signature panel on the back of the card. CVV2 is Visa’s title and CVC2 is MasterCard’s term. American Express counterpart called CSC. Other names on the market that are used are securer, CVV code, CVx or security numbers. This code is sent to the card issuer for verification and authentication.
